Theme: The Roles of Universities in Cambodia in Knowledge and Technology Transfer

Planned for 2020 and pushed into January 2021, this edition moved entirely online because of COVID-19. It turned the conference toward university–industry linkage: keynote speeches on knowledge and technology transfer, a panel on entrepreneurial universities, and six presentations of industry-linked research projects by teams from the five HEIs under the Higher Education Improvement Project (HEIP).
