The return to an in-person forum after two online years, run as a hybrid event with the opening ceremony livestreamed on the ministry's Facebook page under the chairmanship of the Minister. 784 people attended on site (344 women) and a further 157 joined on Zoom (60 women). Sessions covered national research directions and university investment plans, best practice in research management, and the link between research, innovation and socioeconomic development.
