Held over three full days and widened from research alone to the whole higher-education sub-sector, which is why this edition carried the name Cambodia Higher Education Forum (CHEF). The programme ran four keynote presentations and seven plenary discussions on curriculum modernisation, university research management, cyber universities and higher–secondary STEM partnerships. Supported by the World Bank and partner institutions; conducted in Khmer.
