The first edition to carry the name National Research Forum, and the largest programme to that date: three keynote speeches, two plenary discussions and 50 research papers presented across parallel sessions, with roughly 362 people joining online. Supported by the Directorate General of Higher Education and the Higher Education Improvement Project (HEIP), and sponsored by BELTEI International University and Phnom Penh International University.
