Abstract

Keynote defining AI through data, algorithms and computation, covering machine learning, deep learning and generative AI, and its convergence with IoT, robotics and blockchain. Illustrated with work at the Institute of Technology of Cambodia: AI for recognising and digitising ancient Khmer palm-leaf manuscripts, the Khmer PenPal handwriting tutor, smart irrigation and crop-disease detection in cucumber and chilli, aquaponics fish monitoring, and autonomous weeding and delivery robots.
