The first edition to pair the Forum with a Higher Education STEM Fair, presided over by H.E. Academician Hang Chuon Naron, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education, Youth and Sport, and co-organised with BELTEI International University and the Cambodian University for Specialties. 402 participants attended, of whom 126 were women. The STEM fair ran across both days on the ground floor of ITC with 25 booths from 22 institutions; eight selected booths presented their work on the main stage on day two. No forum was held in 2024 — its budget was reallocated to other ministry priorities — so this edition followed directly on from the 2023 forum.
